   Goodnight friends! One of those days where it felt like couldn't quite open my eyes enough to get light in, dull & flavourless except leaves beginning to kindle on the early-turning trees.

   Yesterday I sat in a waiting room for a long hr & 1/2 waiting for my partner—when it comes to medicine &/or bureaucracy the sense of helplessness is pervasive, more exhausting than the journey or the weather.

   May we find chances & allow ourselves to be free & playful today, & nourish the innocence within us!
