  @acb This is happening on mastodon, I have thought about an optional pixelfed feature that allows "trusted users" to report and if enough reports it will CW the post and unlist it until an admin or mod can review it.
  A trusted user would be up to the admin to decide, eg: a member for more than 1 year, a user that is followed by an admin, ect. They are limited to their local instance too.
