To be clearer, only the Google Play release would have this login block.When a blocked instance will be entered, the app will display a link to get the app on F-Droid.I just need a reply from Google before proceeding to a such a move.The lite version won't be concerned too.

サーバーBanのリストを作るとして誰が作るのかというのは、それによって責任が発生するから大事な点。ここに関しては無知なので分からないけど、Mastodonの開発コミュニティなのか、どっかの公的な大きな組織なのか。個人的な意見としてはリストを導入するのには反対で中立を保って欲しいとは思うが、私はアプリの開発者ではないのでそれに係るコストを直接払うことができない。いずれにせよ、開発者の決断を尊重したいと思う。

@SubwayTooter Who will make the list? Mastodon developer community, official organization or something like this? I have no idea about this because I don't know/have any information of it. It's difficult to decide but chosing No and keeping neutral is the my opinion. Anyway, I will respect your decision.

If you have 4.2.0 or later, You can know the update without F-Droid. The updates will be shown on top of side menu and link to github release page also shown. you could get new APK from assets section in release page.

I understand Google's desire to shut out hate speech servers. But instead of pressing the change by unclear policy violation, Google should take the initiative to maintain the server ban list, confront with public opinion, and enforce it to Chrome web browser.These are not things the app author should do.Especially maintaining the ban list is difficult for non-western residents.

5chや増田のような匿名な場所って個人的には結構居心地がいいのではないか、と感じているよ。そこには今では変な物好きしか居なくて、一般的な層はみんなTwitterや他の場所へ行ってしまっているのではないか。
