i don’t know what to call this since i’m using a tikka sauce but the chicken was grilled, so, one could argue it’s tandoori…
i used Uncle Ben’s Tikka Masala sauce that i boosted with lots of curry mix and chilli powder. the chicken pieces got a sprinkle of curry mix near the end too, with the heat turned down, in order to stick it to the meat.
i would’ve taken a picture while cooking all of this, but everything went really quick. the gill cooked and char marked the chicken quickly, the microwave heated the sauce quickly, and the pita bread + garlic that i used as a cheaper nan replacement grilled really quickly, so i was running back and forth between the grill and the kitchen the entire time. ????
