Until something changes and it becomes very clear at the federal level if it’s protected by the First Amendment or not. Personally, I think if something is clearly protected by the First Amendment, states shouldn’t be allowed to make laws against it.

@lain @dielan Yeah, lol. I remember my mom and my sister being such big fans of Twilight when it was the talk of the town. I think we even went to Forks, Washington, at one point just see the area where it was filmed at.
