@Ronflaix half and half. The spectrum wobbling is generated from sound and added via animation nodes. The flipping around of the triangles is also animation nodes, but is triggered manually (well, triggered every whatever seconds - I just counted the nb. of measures in the song and calculated how long one measure is). Misc. camera movements and transition between effects is 100% manual.
