@rysiek After moving from Twitter to Mastodon in November, I've learned a lot about the Fediverse. While I see decentralization in practice every day, other bits of knowledge are rather theoretical: I understand all projects are interoperable via ActivityPub, and thus somehow connected and able to interact with each other. But up to now, I've never stumbled upon one of those interactions. (Or haven't recognized it.) Where should I look if I wanna see how exactly interoperability is applied?

Usually I do click through to see what kind of instance it is. So far it was always Mastodon. Some folks posted vids from Peertube but they just linked them in the same way one would post a YouTube link. @rysiek

It brings me back to my initial question: Where should I look if I wanna see interoperability in practice? The fediverse seems to lack road signs and maps.
