    Has anyone else seen too many open files like this before on their mastodon instance? Not sure what I should do about it:

    HTTP::ConnectionError: Delivery failed for https://jorts.horse/inbox: failed to connect: Too many open files @ rb_sysopen - /etc/resolv.conf on https://jorts.horse/inbox

    There are 18k files open... is that too many?

    $ lsof | wc -l
    18256
