   ネット上の情報を読み漁ったところ、AS396531がAS701を通してBGPリークを発生させたらしいということがわかった。
   具体的にはAS701→AS396531→AS3356→AS13335という経路を出したようなので、私たち→Verizon→Allegheny→Level3→Cloudflareという経路になったのかな？
