    サラダのカレー風味ドレッシング
    キャベツの千切り
    脂肪0 ヨーグルト
    すりごま
    塩昆布
    カレー粉

    イマイチかなwww
    もっと普通のドレッシングをカレー風味にしたほうがよかった。

    サラダドレッシングとして、加熱してカレー粉をなじませ、昆布出汁、椎茸出汁などもいれて、冷やしてから、サラダにかける、としたほうがよいかも。
    大豆の水煮もいれたいところ。
