Supreme Court Allows Sandy Hook Families' Case Against Remington Arms To Proceed

What does that even mean? Military style weapons are usually fully automatic and/or have a burst mode. They don't sell those to the public.
How is it so hard for people to understand that just because something "looks scary" doesn't mean it's more dangerous than something that "looks like a farmer would use."
If we keep blaming and trying to ban everything but the actual problem shit like this is going to keep happening.
They're just blaming the gun because it's something to point at and blame and they think banning it will somehow magically make all the problems go away. Ya know, instead of actually trying to treat mental illness.
I guess in their mind someone would just say "Oh man! I want to kill everyone at school but AR15s are now illegal. I guess my only option is to just go to school and not do anything." I mean, how fucking dense do you have to be?
