   https://github.com/tateisu/SubwayTooter/releases/tag/v4.3.4アカウント選択時に「アクセストークンの更新をおすすめします」という表示が出て、更新しても改善しなかったという報告が2つあって、調べたらバグでしたね…。4.3.4アップデート後にもう一度お試しください。

   Fix:- The function to forcibly update the client registration when updating the access token from the account settings did not work.
