   My take on #ParlerHacked - user data wasn’t compromised, but they proved they’re careless about security. “Behind multiple layers” actually says nothing. Is the database port firewalled? What type of authentication does it use? Social networks NEED technical founders. This is the perfect demonstration for why.

   It’s a snapshot of home.parler.com Jul 17, 2020. There’s no denying this was on their domain. The question is whether it really matters. Best case scenario those keys were useless all along. Worst case scenario they leaked database credentials to their WordPress website. Either way the founder is lying. About what we expected.
