    「自民の大物政治家なら統一教会の力なんか借りなくても選挙は楽勝だから、大物政治家が統一教会と組むメリットはなかったはず」という意見があるが、そうではなく、周囲のもっと当選可能性が低い後輩政治家たちのために便宜を図ってやることで、大物政治家の政界の影響力や立場も強まるわけですよ。
