   My goal for this is threefold:

   * I want to create a useful reference for moderators, so they know what options are available.
   * I want to create a useful reference for /users/, so they know what the powers and limitations of being a moderator are.
   * I want to help establish a /standard of moderation/, so we're all on a level playing field.
