    川に接する道路では、50代と見られる女性が自動車1台当たり10元（約160円）の「駐車料金」を徴収していた。料金徴収の根拠を尋ねたが、「そんなものはないよ。この山に頼ってメシを食っているんだ。払わなければ止めさせないよ」との答えが返ってきただけだったという。
