   libXMLのバージョンアップで改行問題は直った。エンティティのやつは
   $str=mb_convert_encoding($str, 'HTML-ENTITIES', 'utf-8');
   $str=mb_convert_encoding($str, 'utf-8', 'HTML-ENTITIES');
   で同じデータに戻らないやんけ。おいPHP。
