こしいたAirDrop痴漢は、iPhoneの名前のデフォルト値がAppleIDの名前（たいてい自分の本名）になっていること、デバイス検索に使用するBluetoothの仕組み(inquiry)上仕方ない＝未知のデバイスを見つけられるようになっていること、何かの拍子にAirDropの設定を「全て」に変更した後元に戻してないこと、の合わせ技で、技術的にできてしまうことが原因。
