      　米Intelは3日(米国時間)、カリフォルニア大学バークレー校(以下UCバークレー)、ローレンスバークレー国立研究所(LBNL)と共同で、同社の発明した「磁電気スピン軌道(MESO: Magneto-Electric Spin-Orbit)」ロジックデバイスについて、Nature誌に論文が掲載されたことを発表した。
