integer_atomicsの安定化が提案されている。現在stableで使えるアトミック整数型はAtomicUsize, AtomicIsize, AtomicBoolの3つだけで、残りの整数型は移植性が保証できていないとの理由から留保されてきた。この提案は移植性の完全な保証は諦めて今のまま出すものである
