Rust2018リリースにあわせて公式サイトが刷新されていた。重要な変更だが、コミュニティーに対する情報共有が不足していたため、懸念する声が上がっていた。対応に十分なリソースを割けなかったという事情を説明した上で、フォローアップを約束した。

  Part of the Rust 2018 release was a new web site, overseen by the Core Team, with help from external designers, as well as content work and feedback from all of the Rust Teams. While the site did go live last week, there were some concerns about the process leading up to its release, which was different from how other parts of the project are typically developed.
