     @dizzy @flacs I've been to several cat cafes in three countries and generally the rules seem to be like:
     * you can touch the cat!
     * unless the cat is not okay with it then you need to back off
     * no lifting up the cats
     * leave sleeping cats alone
     * the cats may try to steal your cake. it is not allowed to do this.
