Writeはwrite(2)のようなインターフェースを定義しているが、0は**多くの場合**ストリームの終わりを意味するとしか規定していない。しかしwrite_all(全てを書くまでwriteを繰り返す)は0を必ずストリームの終わりだと考えエラーにしている。これはおかしいのではという指摘
