    フライパンでも魚焼きグリルでもオーブントースターでもー。レンチンしてから焼いてもOKかと(*'ω'*)
    早く解凍したい時はジップロックに入れて空気を抜いて閉めて、給湯器の40℃くらいのお湯をボウルに入れてその中にドボンすればレンジの解凍モードよりムラなく解凍できると思います
