      菅義偉官房長官は２１日、携帯電話の利用料について「あまりにも不透明で、他国と比較して高すぎるのではという懸念がある。４割程度下げる余地はあると思っている」と述べた。菅氏は「（携帯電話事業者は）国民の財産である公共の電波を提供されて事業している」と説明。
