    →調査書作成時、必要に応じてシステムから評定を吸い出す
    →調査書の書式データに評定をコピペする
    →調査書を出力する
    →提出する

    これが多くの中学校で、高校入試のために行なう事務仕事である。
    この手順が、ミスの温床である。
    先に紹介した事件も、コピペの手順でミスったに違いない。
