     @smartkittymomo it's the cartesian product and apparently 3.6 forward has a function to do it (itertools.product), I guess

     but the time complexity is the same anyways and readability wise both variants are... fine I guess?

     the cost of touching the elements and doing whatever to them, cpu and memory fetching, is going to dominate anyways
