A small update to the readme caused the closure of the 2nd largest pixelfed instance.

While we do try to support Postgres, we have encountered some bugs and thought it would be a good idea to discourage new instances from choosing that database until we are 100% certain it won't cause any issues.

We regret what has happened, and will work to prevent any miscommunications from happening in the future. If you run an instance using postgres and are worried about support please reach out to us and we will do our best to fix any bugs that may occur.
