      大手デベロッパーが地方でのマンション開発事業を強化している。三菱地所と東京建物は福岡市内で、富裕層を対象としたタワーマンションを販売、好調な売れ行きを見せている。長谷工コーポレーションは中国・四国地方や北関東など未進出エリアに相次いで拠点を新設したほか、大京は地方中核都市の再開発事業に力を入れる。主戦場である首都圏は都心部での用地確保が難しくなっていることもあり、地方をめぐる動きはさらに活発化しそうだ。
