      　理化学研究所(理研)開拓研究本部石橋極微デバイス工学研究室の大野圭司専任研究員、産業技術総合研究所(産総研)ナノエレクトロニクス研究部門ナノCMOS集積グループの森貴洋主任研究員らの共同研究グループは24日、シリコン量子ビットを10K(約-263℃)の高温で動作させることに成功したと発表した。
