   ubuntuで何も考えずにcertbot入れたら（というか、https://docs.joinmastodon.org/administration/installation/　で入れたため）
   certbot 0.23.0
   のままなんで、
   sudo add-apt-repository ppa:certbot/certbot
   sudo apt install certbot
   して、
   sudo certbot --version
   certbot 0.28.0
   にしてきた。
