      　１６日、埼玉県熊谷市で８５歳の女性をはねてそのまま逃走したとして、７０歳の男が逮捕されました。男は、およそ３０年間にわたって無免許でした。 　逮捕された熊谷市の無職・野中定雄容疑者（７０）は１６日正午過ぎ、熊谷市の交差点で、自転車に乗っていた８５歳の女性を軽トラックではねてそのまま逃走した疑いがもたれています。女性は、右手首などを骨折する重傷を負いました。 　警察によりますと、野中容疑者はおよそ３０年にわたって無免許で運転していて、「免許の更新を忘れたために失効した。無免許だったので逃げた」などと容疑を認めているということです。（17日15:57）
