    さくらスタートアップスクリプトとなるべく同じ構成にしてますので、Nginxの設定ファイルは
    /etc/nginx/nginx.conf
    /etc/nginx/conf.d/https.conf
    なのですが、https.confを公式ドキュメントのものに差し替え、nginx.confの内容をmstdn.beerの内容を参考に書き換えたところ動きました。
