ぽくてまーじでtwitter社はreport spammer対策をどうにかしてからBANの条件を厳しくしないとだめ。作ったばかりの捨て垢でreportできないように、同じアカウントから短期間にreportできる件数に制限いれる、ぐらいでいいでしょ。なにかやらない理由があるのかな？
