Rust2018ではuse rustfmt; とかuse clippy; ってできるらしい。これは#[rustfmt::skip]のようにモジュールで区切られた属性がサポートされたことによって起きている。use rustfmt; ってやっても嬉しくなさそうだけど挙動としては一貫しているのでバグではないようだ
