     @Majkatsu I've bought a lot of nonstick pans and most are trash, then I started buying more expensive pans and they are actually nonstick

     cast-iron doesn't stick because of the pitted texture, it's too heavy to warp, and it doesn't have any coating to wear off and give you cancer
