  　「BIZ UDフォント」などを制作する（株）モリサワは3月26日、（有）字游工房の全株式を取得し、2019年3月1日付でグループ会社化したことを発表した。また、4月1日付で字游工房の代表取締役に石本馨氏が就任することもアナウンスされている。
