    モラル的にはよくないけど、現時点で刑事罰を科すほどのものではない。
    ただ、法解釈的には難しいところだったと思う。
    あとはやはり、事実解釈としての内心の問題かな。そのへん被告人側のほうが説得力があったのではないかと予想。
    法解釈を争って、技術的にはこうだから法律がおかしいとばかり言っていても仕方ないからね。
