  　米Microsoftは5月21日（現地時間）、Windows 10の新しい機能アップデート「Windows 10 May 2019 Update（バージョン 1903、19H1）」の一般公開した。“Windows Insider Program”（“Release Preview”リング）に加入していないユーザーに対しても、段階的な配信が開始される。また、商業顧客向けの“半期チャネル”（SAC）もリリースされている。
