@dwaltiz @Dolus lmao, if he was employed fulltime and they used article 52 of the labour code („disciplinary termination”, as it would be likely given thd stated timeframe), they're possibly fucked in light of the fact they started the talk about values. The only reason they could use is severe breach of employee's duties and that does not apply to posting wrong comments (though I'm sure they'll try to wipe their arse with muh hate speech Bible – good luck with that)
