   @sjw Syumari says that: he is so dangerous by his existence itself that you have better to delete his account. However I don't agree with Syumari, becuase Akito lives in my instance (https://3.distsn.org/akito) but he does not hurt anybody.

     To be entirely fair, the J-cops have a pretty miserably track record with death threats and stalkers. Arguments can be made on both sides, but when you report several thousands messages of "I'm going to stab you" and the cops shrug until a guy is literally sticking a knife in you, I'd be pretty pissed too.
