      　ＪＲ西日本が新幹線のトンネル内に、通常業務では線路内に立ち入らない車両検査の社員を座らせ、最高時速３００キロを間近で体感させる研修をしていることが、同社や関係者への取材で判明した。同社はボルト締め付けの確認などの重要性を学んでもらう目的だと説明するが、労働組合や専門家には効果を疑問視する声がある。
