     oh, delish!
     
     over here visited a restaurant for the first time in a long time, with some family. a thai place; asked for some curry that was "the spiciest one you make, please". cook took it as a challenge and dumped in about half a jar of that fermented chili paste. like dark brown/black and packed with pepper seeds, with a cm-thick film of them on top, so that mother saw and mistook it for a lentil soup X_X. managed only to eat 8 bites in the end, waitress girl laughing too much, "it's like just a chili soup!", was really fun
