こあ@k7cm APIでは省略すると設定画面で設定したようになるけど明示的に指定することで外すこともできてその辺はwebと同じだと思う。アプリによっては設定画面の設定を読まずにトゥート画面での初期状態がNSFWなしにしていることがあるかもしれない
