(Tip: practice on your bed first before trying on floor, it will hurt big time if you do it wrong)
Or you can always shadow box. I see boxers doing that as a routine sometimes. If you really crave the impact, I suggest you don't punch walls and go for something with more give. They don't do anything to condition your knuckles or anything. Those are really delicate bones.

@skelltan @tomo we're in the exact same place. I wanna do wrestling too after discovering it a few months ago, but I am still weak. Am lifting with a routine given to me by a wrestling dude to get the power needed.
