     @vriska I'm pretty sure 90% of them just cheesed it by joining the HRE and then immediately dissolving it since that's the easiest way to annex every opm in Germany. Either that or it was an Austria/Brandenburg start which is the most basic bitch thing you can do in EU4. If you're going for worldblob, HRE cheesing is mandatory if you wanna blob Europe in under a hundred years.
     
     Prussiablobs are way worse than HRE.
