I like darkmatter2525's videos. i however think that the fundamental point that he misses when he talks against religion is that secular religions manifest themselves as religions anyway in the lack of religion among enough people to destabilize society and therefore to allow tyranny to proliferate.

the thing that atheists should be fighting for in general is to disallow unjust zealotry, regardless if its tyrannical christianity/islam or secular boneheaded marxism. darkmatter2525 even slightly touches on this point at the end of his video, mentioning that jesus himself fought against religious conventions of his time.
