     @georgia @chuculate however that means TWRP sees raw data instead of decrypted overlay. Flashing stuff on top of that may be unwise.

     @georgia @chuculate what are you flashing anyway? TWRP is flashed from image files instead of zips so that can't be it.

     @nik @chuculate @georgia dunno, it seems to me that what happened is using fastboot boot on TWRP image and then trying to use zipfile installation to somehow flash it onto the recovery partition

     @georgia @chuculate @nik you'd probably want to use fastboot to flash the image instead of booting it – that irrevocably replaces the recovery though and won't work with a locked bootloader.
