      米国で開催されたハッカーイベント「DEF CON 26」において、ITU-Tが定めるFAX通信規格「T.30」の脆弱性を悪用したデジタル複合機（MFP）への攻撃手法が公表された。この攻撃でオフィスの複合機を乗っ取り、さらに社内ネットワークへ侵入を拡大することも可能だという。
