   people who dismiss rap as not-music are just dumb racists. i see no possible way to justify hating a genre of music, or calling it "not music", without just having a seething hatred (conscious or subconscious) for the other tribe. i don't like just saying "ur racist!!" but there is no other explanation, it's just an incredibly shortsighted take.
